About Us

The California Mu chapter celebrates 30 years since its founding at Pepperdine University. Our members create a community rooted in kindness, sincere friendship, and love. Wherever you encounter a Pi Phi on campus, you will be met with warmth and a joyful smile. We are devoted to excellence in every aspect of our lives—academically, in service to others, and in the relationships we build within our community. The values of Pi Beta Phi are not only upheld but lived out daily in the actions and connections of our members.Integrity guides the decisions we make for the greater good of our chapter and community. Lifelong commitment is reflected in the meaningful relationships formed through our big-little mentorships and the continued support that follows. Honor and respect are at the core of our friendships and leadership, with a shared commitment to uplifting one another and striving toward a higher standard.Personal and intellectual growth are both encouraged and celebrated. During weekly chapter meetings, we recognize the accomplishments of our sisters—from completing half marathons, to gaining acceptance into graduate and law schools, to founding initiatives like our campus’s first oncology symposium. We are grateful for the opportunity to serve our local communities in Malibu and Los Angeles, whether through reading to children or preparing meals for families. Through it all, sincere friendship remains the thread that ties our sisterhood together. Being a Pi Phi is an honor each member holds close, and California Mu continues to foster that honor through love, joy, and trust. PPL and All of Ours, California Mu Executive Board 2025–2026
